Our Brook Place location comprises of two incredible studios that we host our classes in, a welcoming and sociable reception area and an invigorating outdoor space for our infamous Fire & Ice sessions.
Whilst we don’t have private parking, there is on road parking, nearby pay-and-display car parks and off-road parking options in the surrounding area too. (We recommend you leave ample time to find a space during peak times, and using sites like PayByPhone or Parkopedia to assist you if you need it.)

You'll find our new Urban Spa in the basement of the Nichols Building. Hosting a large Studio for classes, an impressive underground Spa with 2 saunas and 4 ice baths, Red Light lounges and a Compression therapy room. Our Kelham location offers a space for transformation, recovery and wellbeing as a whole.
