Pregnancy yoga at R1SE is all about creating a fun, friendly space for expecting yogis to build strength, flexibility and balance, to chill out, and to meet other mums-to-be in a relaxed environment.
Pregnancy is an exciting time of change, and yoga is the perfect way to stay support your body and mind in this journey, but it is important to make certain modifications to our practice to promote the wellbeing of mother and baby.
Our pregnancy classes offer all the fun and magic of our normal R1SE yoga classes but are modified to the changing needs of the pregnancy journey. ❤️
Bring Your Baby Yoga @ R1SE (Postnatal)
'Bring Your Baby Yoga' is the ultimate hangout for parents and their little rockstars (up to 18 months old). A laid-back yoga session that's part zen, part giggles, and all about bonding.
Flow through a sequence of yoga moves while your baby does their thing – whether it's mastering baby yoga or simply spreading contagious baby joy. We get that parenting is a crazy, beautiful ride, so our classes are designed to let you embrace the chaos and the cuteness.
These sessions bring the full yoga experience while making room for baby antics. Bring your babies favourite toy or plaything or simply let them watch with interest as you throw shapes on your mat for them.
Life with a baby is an adventure, and our classes grow with your journey. We keep the ethos of R1SE at the fore but sprinkled with baby-friendly fun. So grab your mini partner, your yoga mat, and get ready to rock parenthood in the most zen-tastic way! 👶
