Restorative classes are back on the menu! What better way to ease yourself back into your hot practice than the new round of our Bliss class.
Finding stillness in our busy lives seems to be a tough ask at the moment. If you're like me with a mind that races around a track like a Formula One champion, bringing calmness or even taking the luxury of time for yourself can seem elusive.
This new Bliss sequence brings a deeper focus to our hamstrings, combining a steady breath based practice with slow, scrummy, restorative holds.
Not to mention being back in the calm inducing heat!
