Based around the R1SE urban yoga movement style, this course focuses on; fun, fitness, flow, movement, meditation, science and teaching yoga for modern lifestyles.
The course is recognised by Active IQ one of the UK's leading fitness industry regulators, and will equip you to teach yoga in gyms, studios and may even lead to a career at R1SE.
