Find your Flow: new class style for 2021!

New year, new class! 

It can feel a little more difficult to flow through life at the moment, but our mats are always there for us, especially when the rest of the life throws up challenge and change. 

Our new flow class embraces the joy of movement, transition and breathing our way through challenge and change.

This fast, fluid, flowing class draws on vinyasa style yoga to create a moving meditation which will fire up the body, focus the mind on the breath and help develop flexibility and mobility. Expect lots of joyous transitions and almost dance-like sequences, which will certainly raise the heart rate and help develop cardiovascular endurance, but without the strength-work and pumpiness of a Flex or Power class. 

We can't wait to Flow with you and breathe our way through change together! Come join us on Tuesday lunchtimes at 12.30pm and Wednesdays evenings at 6.30pm.
