This unique yoga experience featured glitter, glow sticks, and the use of Silent Disco headsets, creating an immersive atmosphere like no other.
The Rave @ R1SE Experience:
Instructors Rosie and Jen led the one-hour flow yoga class in tandem, expertly choreographing the sequences to the pulsating beats of the music played through Silent Disco headsets.
