What is aerial yoga?
Using yoga trapeze we will combine Yoga postures, Pilates exercises & fun. Beginners and workout junkies will love these classes. All exercises are performed with the aid of the trapeze and you will leave feeling taller, stronger & more playful....you might even go upside down!
Paying for a class
Due to our aerial yoga being a specialist class with limited numbers the pricing options are different to our regular classes. Before we let you loose on the slings you will need to complete our beginners course comprising of 4 sessions so you feel competent and ready to fly safely. This can be purchased below for £50 (4 classes). Once you've completed your beginners course you can then purchase single classes for £20 or you buy blocks of 5 or 10 going forwards.

Why learn to fly?
Because it's fun... and by learning to hang upside down, and supporting your body, you build upper body strength, grip strength, core strength, flexibility and release any back stiffness and pain through traction!!
What will we cover in the classes?
During the 4 week course, you will cover the names of the poses, the benefits of aerial yoga, any safety aspects of the practice and the terminology associated with the parts of the trapeze.
What if I can't attend all 4 beginners classes?
Don't worry, life can get in the way of flying! The month will be split into 4 weeks where classes progress each week, if you can’t make a class one night just hop on to another that same week to catch up. Each month will see a new course begin and if you don’t feel ready to progress to the intermediate then just do the course again.
What if I've done Aerial Yoga before?
Nice one! You will still be able to attend the beginners classes if you like and our intermediate classes will start mid-October.
