 If you are curious about mindfulness or meditation, or just want a bit of time to relax – this is the workshop for you! 

Join Emily for a 90 minute journey into meditation and deep relaxation.
Expect candles, bolsters, blankets and hands on adjustments in savasana.
No previous experience needed!

We’ll use gentle movement to relax the body and soothe the nervous system, before delving into the world of mindfulness and breathwork. 

Learn simple but effective techniques to:

-Reduce stress
-Help with anxiety, chronic pain & depression
-Sleep better
-Improve concentration
-Live more in the present
-Enhance self-awareness

You’ll leave feeling blissed out, restored and having learnt some new ways to bring mindfulness into your daily life.
