About the Role:

• Hours: Some morning, evening & weekend shifts available

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure our customers have an amazing experience every time.

• Passionately guiding our customers with positive impactful conversations to enhance their health & wellbeing

• Exceed expectations with a positive, can-do attitude.

• Handle membership enquiries, retail & stock assistance, sales

• Oversee In-Studio sessions, Fire & Ice experiences and assist with studio preparation & upkeep.

• Manage front desk duties, including welcoming guests, processing payments and preparing refreshments.

• Support in organising studio events and activities.
